Horror Story or Demon’s World as it was known in the West, is a very faithful arcade to home port of this auto-scrolling, action-platform, run-n-gun game. You run along spooky landscapes from around the globe, shooting various spirits and ghouls. Your gun has a variety of power-ups that you can pick up while dodging and blasting the enemy. You also have the ability to double jump (thankfully!). Both your character and nature of the game strongly evokes Ghostbuster vibes. If you are a fan of the arcade game, I believe this was the only home conversion ever made – making it both exclusive to the console and to Japan when released. A rather obscure title but good for that classic arcade experience.
