Xak is a high fantasy game set in a world once ruled by powerful gods. After a great war, the gods sealed away the demonic realm of Xexis, but some demons remained in the human world of Xak.

The story follows Latok Kart, a descendant of a god of war and the legendary Duel Knight. After defeating numerous powerful demons, Latok faces a new threat: an invasion by the Kingdom of Farland, led by the demon Zomu Dizae. Latok must once again wield the Xak Sword and protect the world from demonic forces.
