This game differs greatly from the other Addams Family versions and is based on the Addams Family movie. The Addams family’s dishonest attorney, Tully Alford, is portrayed by the player. He learns that there is a huge treasure hidden in a vault somewhere in the family mansion. He makes the decision to enter the mansion in order to find the treasure. This will obviously be difficult because the insane Addams family members, along with a horde of ghosts and monsters, are determined to ensure the lawyer’s failure.
This is an action game with side-scrolling gameplay, just like the majority of Addams Family games. Tully Alford’s umbrella, which shoots energy shots at adversaries, is his only weapon. Tully can dodge and jump to escape blows from the opposition. The Addams Family mansion’s hallway, a “hub” area, and numerous rooms—the majority of which are locked at first—make up the game’s world. The primary objective of the game is to explore the rooms that are open to you and gather the keys that you need to open other doors. While some of the rooms are infested with monsters or require the player to defeat a boss enemy in order to advance, others contain treasure and power-ups.
