Thunder Force V is a 3D space shooter where you pilot a spaceship to defend Earth from an alien invasion. It features faster gameplay, more powerful weapons, and a techno-inspired soundtrack. While it adopts 3D graphics, it retains classic elements from the series.
As a long time fan of the series with Lightening Force on Sega Genesis/MD being one of my all time favorites, this entry is a worthy addition to the line up indeed! Worth noting is the Sega Saturn version is the best version compared to the PS1 which is missing graphical elements etc.
