You are Gradriel, the thirteen-year-old princess of Valendria. Twenty-five years after her mother, Queen Elfrenne, defeated demonic forces, Gradriel is prophesied to be the land’s next savior. Now, with the queen’s death, a lingering evil spirit has invaded Valendria and is attempting to control Gradriel’s older sisters. This action/platform RPG, similar to the third Ys game, features side-scrolling exploration, NPC interaction, and detailed combat blending RPG progression with fighting game-like physical moves such as kicking, dashing, defending, and crouching. Your goal is to defeat the encroaching evil. This would be just the start of a long lineage of fantastic 2D action RPGs from Vanilla Ware such as Odin Sphere, Muramasa and Dragon’s Crown.
